Some Minor updates to this board to help with balance: I adjusted the prices in district 7 to be more in line with some of the other districts, and moved the location of the switch and the gold pipe towards the center a few of the board states.
v3 update. Only frbs, webpics, and yaml changed.

Converted Music to 32kHz. Updated the link in the yaml

Fixed all the tracks sample rate so that they are 32kHz, and updated the download link in the yaml. Also changed the title of the map music, same song but now the name is consistent with the same track that is also in Slimeguyspaydayexpress, in order to save space.
Switched out the names of the tracks to match the same tracks included in Princess Peach's Birthday Cake, and so they would have a 32kHz sample rate.
Converted the sample rate for each track to 32kHz & changed the downloads link in the yaml
Realized I never updated the rotate x,y origin when I changed the shape of the map. Fixed it
