This was way harder than it needs to be, due to (apparently) a make bug that freezes the build randomly. Running with
-j1seems to work, however, so the Windows build is rather slow, but works.It starts from a source package generated by a Linux machine. Doing a full bootstrap in Windows should be possible, but I think requires a stage0 bump, so I'm leaving that for another day.
