This re-applies 984bcf5 but without the
errors in there that undid the previous commit ccde27c on main.
Since it's hard to know what happened and the diff of 984bcf5 is huge I opted for reverting it. Then pulling in the changes to rustfmt.toml, flake.nix, etc. and re-running
just fmt
