Purpose

Adding a scroll bar to the code blocks used in the Command Line Interface section where currently text runs off the side of the page cant cant be viewed.

This PR will test if this method works, and a second PR will follow to update any other sections similar to the one in Command Line Interface.

Key additions:

Adding a scroll bar to the code blocks used in the Command Line Interface section.
