About the PR
Port of impstation/imp-station-14#728, on request of @Lyndomen. I changed the name from camel's soup to one day blinding stew because my very clever pun name causes a lot of confusion on what this recipe actually is or does.
Why / Balance
Joke item, intentionally difficult to craft due to the tear gas grenade and also extremely blatant that this is not something you really should be eating
Technical details
All YAML. One new entity + sprites for it + recipe to create it. if someone can think of a less messy way to have the bowl sprite in this rather than duplicating the png file i would love to hear it
Additionally added a flavor profile for cigarettes, from impstation/imp-station-14#3.
