tps65987: disable input switches before power-on

using SRYR / SRDY 4cc commands, and configure the power input path to wait for SRDY before switching on. This way we avoid triggering PD renegotiation and only touch the power switches. Signed-off-by: Michał Kopeć <[email protected]>
