Base template for CollectionBuilder for GW.

Custom features include:

    • Replaces the default bootstrap media player
    • Uses a new metadata field in the CSV, "caption_location" for audio and video captions.
      • Captions must be validated webVTT files!
    • Transcripts, derived from the caption file, displayed alongside the video player.
    • Allows for download of caption files via button below a/v content
• Toggle for Content Alerts
