Screen content

  • Upper left corner: OSC, the primary protocol served by the device.
  • Upper right corner: device name gpio6i6o*220 as advertised via Multicast DNS/Bonjour
  • 2nd line right corner: DHCP, ip address was obtained via DHCP. Alternative is Static.
  • 2nd line right corner: Bank:1, Message Bank this server is listening on.
  • Input: host and port of this device (port 12321 is default).
  • Output: host and port of remote device. If not set, this line will be empty

Change these values via the device API of via the UI of the device. Put the above ip (in this example: http://192.168.0.220) in a browser and press return.

Multicast DNS/Bonjour name

The MacOS discovery tool shows the gpio 6i6o:

Indicates Dynamic (DHCP) or Static address.
