More intuitive possibilities for changing MetaData.txt (partitial updates)
Improved usage of external MetaData:
- Can now search for external students while creation of imported students
- StudentInfoFinder.py can now be started with -E to search in external tutorials too
- 'External'-state was integrated
- Can now auto upload to other tutorials
- Sending mails to external students, which are imported
Bug fixes and less hardcodet stuff

Fixed annoying and stupid bugs
Fixed some weird MÜSLI specific stuff, where subjects needs a strip sometimes
Fixed a windows-specific encoding failure
