- Add button to check for updates in settings page
- Add option to create desktop/start-menu shortcuts
- If no RWP instance running, these will launch one
- If RWP is running, these will open the RWP GUI
- Bump bundled Python runtime to 3.13
- Prevent multiple RWP instances from running at the same time (and flag to bypass this check)
