Chapter Members

Chapter membership is open to everyone, and there is no specific eligibility for joining the Chapter. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets to become valued members of the C4GT community. If you're a student passionate about technology and social impact, we invite you to join the college Chapter. Every college Chapter will be mapped to a primary DPG/DPI builder or adopter organization that will provide problem statements to Chapter members to solve. The C4GT team is a catalyst facilitating the setup & functioning of these Chapters through their journey of impactful contributions. As a member, you'll have the chance to contribute, learn, and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share the common goal of fostering positive change through technology.

President & Core Team

The President serves as the spearhead of the Chapter. In the first round, college Chapters were set up via the DMP alumni, therefore, it was limited to the colleges from which DMP contributors were selected. Based on their performance and their interest, the alum could take up the role of the Founding President of the C4GT Chapter in their college. This exception has been made only for the first year. The tenure of the President will be for a year and once the term ends, a new President will be selected after a rigorous selection process. The Core Team will consist of 5 members, with at least 3 having a technical background or interest, and the remaining members possessing expertise in marketing, event coordination, or outreach. It is required that the team includes a minimum of 2 women members to ensure gender diversity and representation. The President will form their Core Team and submit a justification proposal with details (experience, resume, etc) for each member to the C4GT team for review. The Core Team's term will last for a year.
