This PR solves issue #4265 by enabling Cilium policies to request model downloads in Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS). The following changes have been made:
Added the necessary configuration to allow Cilium policies to request model downloads.
Updated documentation to reflect the new capability.
Included tests to ensure the new feature works as expected.
