Language detect and buttons for ze germans

With the function to detect browser default language and give either english or german *.html out.
Also added buttons on the German version for easy Hours to time conversion, as it also fills the Work Time field for you.

The basic Version which is Ugly and not finished to a 100% but it can now do the basic thing
