Pedal:
1. Added a "boot into download system" action for V4/V5 board users. This feature is not supported on the current Gilphilbert V1.2 board but is available on the V2 board.
2. Added V5 board firmware support for OTA and Webflasher.

1. Version bumped up.

Plugin:
1. Converted all single sliders and their labels into UI elements (no impact on general use).
2. Fixed a CRC error bug when using the new pedal configuration.

Known Issues:
1. The pedal does not center automatically upon initialization; a manual push is required when the rudder initializes.
