M2-5203 Fix: Submit popup text

🔗 Jira Ticket M2-5303

In this PR I resolve the issue with the Submit Popup. The problem is when the user has no ability to go back the modal popup should hide the description.

This PR changes:

• Submit popup

🪤 Peer Testing

• yarn
• yarn dev
• Open the http://localhost:5173 (or any another port that you use for host your local app)
• Login
• Open any applet
• Open any activity that has the following settings (Ability to change user answer = false OR Remove back button = true)
• Pass the activity
• Click submit button
• Have a look at the submit popup
