CHANGELOG
The visualization for the RSR scores for clients closely resembles that of the miner RSR scores.
The two major features added in this PR is the stats table for clients and the per client stats visualization which appears once you click on one of the client ids in the stats table for clients.
Closes the two subtasks of CheckerNetwork/roadmap#193
