Install usbip for Windows

Install usbip for WSL

sudo apt install linux-tools-virtual hwdata
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/local/bin/usbip usbip $(command -v ls /usr/lib/linux-tools/*/usbip | tail -n1) 20

Powershell

Check the usb device

usbipd wsl list

Attach the usb device

usbipd wsl attach --busid <busid>

Detach the usb device

usbipd wsl detach --busid <busid>

In Ubuntu

lsusb
