The Quality of Life Update

This release including a number of improvements:

• Support for downloading videos and photos to your photo library
• Dynamic tag suggestions from the e621 API
• Toggle to switch between e621 and e926 without installing different versions of the app
• Added field to input account username, to be used in a later release
