Adds eks enricher

  • enrich_eks_records to enable EKS enrichment. Note that one of enrich_eks_records or enrich_records can be true.
  • The EKS enricher will enrich the following:
    • AWS Account ID.
      • Requires CANVA_AWS_ACCOUNT env var.
    • Canva Account Group Function.
      • Requires CANVA_ACCOUNT_FUNCTION env var.
