Setup instructions for ROS side of bci project

#install ros groovy
http://wiki.ros.org/groovy/Installation/Ubuntu

#dependencies
sudo apt-get install python-rosinstall
sudo apt-get install ros-groovy-openni-*
(if necessary sudo apt-get install libopenni*)

#setup ros workspace
rosws init ~/rosbuild_workspace /opt/ros/groovy
#fork repos from CURG into your own github
#run script to pull in repos

#insert to .bashrc
source /opt/ros/groovy/setup.bash
export ROS_PACKAGE_PATH=$ROS_PACKAGE_PATH:/home/kira/rosbuild_workspace

sudo apt-get install ipython
sudo apt-get install roxterm libgmp-dev libmpfr-dev libmpfi-dev
sudo apt-get install libode-dev
sudo apt-get install ros-groovy-python-orocos-kdl
sudo apt-get install ros-groovy-pcl

#modifications
openrave/python/ikfast.py change core.function.Function to function.Function
