A collection of minor fixes to the main UI, including: removal of all mentions of interactors for clean architecture, improved button disabling / display clearing functionality relating to editing empty or non-existent decks, prevention of starting sessions on empty decks, and improved file selection to allow choosing between both .jpg and .png at once. Also deleted the CLI (which resolves issue #37), removed extraneous methods/comments, and renamed session UI file for program cleanliness.
