I did the following things:
probe_csvargument to simpleaf index, so that it can process probe reference CSV. This covers visium protocols.feature_csvargument to simpleaf index, so that it can process feature reference CSV. This covers feature barocding.Still need to write doc for these two arguments. will do it tomorrow.
