Adds a "Run TEEHR" option to the
guide.shscript which enables running a containerized version of TEEHR on the output of an NGIAB simulation.The TEEHR image that's pulled in
guide.shis:awiciroh/ngiab-teehr:latest, which can be built from the ngiab-teehr repoThe specific metrics calculated by TEEHR can be configured in the teehr_ngen.py script, which would then require building and pushing a new image
