@ephathaway looks good. Let's keep the brainhack branch open for the hackathon. I think we can put everything there and decide later how we want to handle it later.

This should be everything we need to add except for the dockerfiles and containerization instructions.
I have essentially copied over our whole https://github.com/BEL-CO/eeg-workflows to this public version. We will want to think about whether we just abandon the private one and use this going forward, or whether this will just be a more informal version of the repo for the hackathon.
