Post the release of the update in #3516, issues in the
finetune_common_validationcomponent are preventing successful object detection training runs. This PR reverts the three OD and IS pipeline components to use the old components versions and parameter names.Note: we are not able to launch test runs due to EOL issues, and are assuming the changes are ok because they roll back to an earlier state in production.
