…g outside of the tokens it represents. Also includes a re-write of many of the style parsers in order to utilize tokens for the new EscapeParser which allows us to escape all of the potential Wiki Markup collisions before translating the tokens into markup.

…all links out to a file for easier and more accurate link replacement on conversion. Also added support for the MindTouch permission scheme to port over to Confluence Content Restrictions. Last, but not least, added in a socket timeout to help with those pesky 502 errors

I just now saw the comment about this project on my PR in bitbucket. I haven't touched this much in over a year, but I figured I would contribute the changes I made back to the project incase anyone else needs to convert dekiwiki/mindtouch.
