Andrea Mariani 🏄‍♂️ PhD Student.

Molecular biologist turned computational biologist working on all things Chromatin.

I'm currently a PhD student @Epigenetics Mechanisms in Cancer lab in Milan (IT). Previously a Molelecular Biologist @University Of Helsinki (FI) in the Rare Cancers Research Groups

Some things i like/enjoy:

  1. I'm Working on the interplay between Epigenetic mechanisms and their implication in gene regulation
  2. I'm Passionate about Epigenetics, Genomics and Transcriptomics
  3. I'm Learning Deep Learning models for Genomics and Epigenomics (i'd love to collab).
