We should probably remove / comment out the coverage CI because anyone who forks this and runs the CI will get an err on it. Don't think that's nice to have when you clone a repo. Also coverage is quite advanced so if they get to that point they can configure it themselves. |

this PR removes wasm actions as we don't need to wasm in template.
