Summary

This PR makes various miscellaneous tweaks to this repo, including:

• Bumping the version of Yarn used to the latest stable release.
• Fixing a typo in the namespace of the scoped package under which packages in this monorepo get published to NPM.
• Removing the sources flag from the start script in the root-level package.json file so that consumers can pass it in as argument to determine which module to run. I've also updated the README with details about this change.
• Removing unused packages from the root-level package.json file.
