This fixes the regex which finds the CSRF token, which broke, after the auth server was updated around 26 Jan 2019. The auth server began sending the CSRF token as
<meta name='csrf-token' value='abc'>
instead of the syntactically identical<meta value='abc' name='csrf-token'>
. Rearranged the regex to reflect this.
