Ignition

Added compatibility for Project Ignis client:

• Now can handle the different .cdb locations
• Now has radio button options to move between the deprecated YGOPro Percy and Project Ignis (if a user using a different client has problems, please inform me so I can add compatibility).
• Adds username as deck creator when creating deck list (Project Ignis only, Percy does not writ username to .ydk file)
