Chrome: Right-click -> Save to Zotero does nothing on PDF #532

Zotero submenu shows when right-clicking on the PDF viewer header, but Save to Zotero -> ACLWeb does nothing. Save to Zotero -> PDF works.
Zotero submenu doesn't show when right-clicking on the PDF content with no text selected.
Zotero submenu does show when right-clicking on the PDF content with text selected, but again, only the PDF option does anything.
