Zotero 7 has "Change Parent Item" context menu option which also comes with "Convert to Standalone Attachment".

Fix visibility of actions related to creating parent items

- Hide actions related to creating parent item(s) in Trash and My Publications.
- Fix "Undo Retrieve Metadata" appearing without items selected.
- Disable/Hide the "Retrieve Metadata" button/option for linked PDFs.
- Adjust separators to group actions logically. This might currently produce a
  menu with multiple single actions separated by dividers, at least until #597
  and #601 are implemented.
- Extract duplicated code related to deciding available actions into a hook.
