Describe the bug

Signing in on the new home page scrolls to the bottom of the page after signing in to Panoptes.

To Reproduce

Sign in from the 'Sign In' button on the home page.

Expected behavior

Scroll position should be maintained after I've signed in.

Additional context

Similar to these other issues:

• All Time tab scrolls logged-in home page to bottom of page #6355.
• Signed-in homepage: refreshed page is scrolled to the bottom #6208.
• fix(lib-user): use next/link for internal app routes #6379 should fix the scroll position being lost when navigating between pages within the Next.js app, but I'm not sure it'll fix this problem.
