Manually adding Bridge IP and User

Describe the bug
Auto detecting Hue Hub isn't working on latest version of kodi and add using shield.

I've found these two areas of the settings.xml

how do i edit them to add my hue ip and hue username (i already have those)

The error when trying to doscover Hue Bridge is:

RunScript called for a non-script addon 'script.service.hue'. This behaviour is deprecited.

When it fails to connect it's supposed to ask you for the bridge IP but looks like it's not doing that. Could you please provide your Kodi version and debug logs?
