Dear zhemin,
Thanks for your work on PEPPAN. PEPPAN is a nice tool for pan-genome construction.
I'm running PEPPAN on 7578 species-level genomes with 190 threads. However, after 6 days, 20 processes become zombie processes and the other processes are sleeping. The occupation of CPU is closed to 0%, while memory of RAM is closed to 1 TB (total 3 TB).
I have tested a set of small data sets (10, 30, 50, 100, 200 genomes) in PEPPAN environment of this machine and everything was OK.
I think that there may be a little bug.
Do you have any idea for this problem?
