+** Regarding the missing glyphs, I have fixed all the errors but 1. This is a rather unique case where the author uses a character that none of our fonts support in PDF form (but do in epub, mobi). I have created a stylesheets ticket for the issue (https://intranet.oreilly.com/jira/browse/STYL-181). If you do not hear back from stylesheets within the next few weeks, please follow up with TOOLS and we'll figure out where the issue stands. For reference, this issue shows up in 220_Token_normalization/60_Sorting_and_collations.asciidoc, line 283.

+** There is a forest of subdirectories in this repo (which the author would like to keep intact), if you are going to search for text on the command line from the root folder (using grep), I suggest using the following command:
