Which basically is based on creating a new connection for every single request, and by that creating a massive TLS overhead as there's a handshake for every separate request. This doesn't happen if keep-alive and/or TLS tickets are enabled.

Any idea about if asynchttp supports this atm?

Right now asynchttp handle every request as a single connection (no keep alive).

A keep-alive could be implemented in various ways, if you need support for that I'll do it :)
