Great work, very happy with this solution!

I have a Q350 with an optionbox (connected 2 wired CO2 sensors). Is there any chance I can retreive this values also?

translation from raw to voltage could be done in this ESPHome project.
translation from voltage to ppm depends on sensor used, this would have to be done with a template sensor in Home Assistant.
Or, this project could offer default templates for often used CO2 sensors (Zehnder, SenseAir, etc).
