4.9.9

描述一下你遇到的问题。

初次选中选项时，选项列表变化时出现该报错信息

在
Chrome 版本 131.0.6778.205（正式版本）Edge 版本 131.0.2903.112 (正式版本) (64 位)中存在该问题
但是
火狐 133.0.3 (64 位)中没有出现

重现步骤

vant官网进入级联选择组件展示页面，打开调试工具，点击地区后点击任意选项，即可复现，仅在初次点击时出现

设备/浏览器

推测仅在Chrome内核的浏览器中出现
