Three things you must have before you apply for an Internship at YoungInnovations

What will you work on?

• No photocopying duties! As a part of a project team, you will get your hands dirty by working directly on a range of national and international projects.
• Learn the practical side of software development, UI design, data analysis or whatever else your area of study/interest is.
• Research on ways to improve the work your project team is doing
• Set up and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions for your project team
• Work directly with management to increase YIPL’s collaboration activities

YI has taught me to continuously focus on my strengths and weakness. While I was careful during coding and took proper steps, I did begin to understand the multifaceted nature of programming language and how much skill is needed to be called up on any given day. Over the course of short time, I went from unknown outsider to a contributing member in the tight knit community. I also witnessed how important it is for naive programmer to have such a wonderful place to take first steps to begin a career and feel supported by helpful colleagues.
