The organisation file produced by Aidstream for Palladium International Limited at http://www.aidstream.org/files/xml/palladium-org.xml is currently failing on the IATI validator because there is no narrative field present for the Budget line of the Recipient Country Budget. This field is mandatory in the schema if the budget line is present so does the Aidstream validation need amending to reflect this?
