Scheme: Support for "debugXPCServices" LaunchAction #1520

Feature request:

The "debugXPCServices" Scheme LaunchAction can not be set.

Supporting it would be great! Defaults value is "YES" in Xcode.

If you point me to another value in the same pattern to understand the approach, I may be able to implement it.
