One can test exporting Readme.org as a way to drinking your own champagne (eating your own dog food), but I fear the doc is a bit long (huge TOC for instance) for being rendered in a straightforward way, testing issues reproducibility, etc. And it isn't exactly meant to be a slides deck, more some classical textual documentation.
So having a minimal .org slides deck document, with supported features against the current version would probably help.
