I hope this message finds you well. I have some questions regarding your dataset.
Do the probabilistic maps of each subject (921 HCP) have a one-to-one correspondence with the order of the file subject_test_list.txt?
For example, is the first volume in Region1_Dil2_PredictSubTestAll.nii.gz (91 x 109 x 91 x 0) from the first subject in subject_test_list.txt (subject 101309)?
Are the probabilistic maps in MNI space?
To generate individualized parcellations, can I use these probabilistic maps and apply the winner-takes-all rule to assign the voxel with the highest probability to each parcel (as described in your paper)?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Cristóbal
