Для поддержания обратной совместимости версий, наш код должен представляться как Application = "nbs"

В YDB добавили возможность собраться с TCurrentConstructor в котором прописан Application
ydb-platform/ydb#2478

Нужно:

  • проверить, что с этими изменениями наш код перестанет собраться
  • создать lib в которой будут определены все необходимые символы
