Pre-trained model for MRI

We are currently working on a research project involving whole-heart segmentation from MRI scans.
I've noticed that you provide a pre-trained CNN model for CT medical image segmentation.
My question is whether you can also upload one for MR images, specifically for those from the MM-WHS 2017 challenge?

the pretrained model is C3D, it's the same as that used in CT segmentation.
