게시판 카테고리 데이터의 순서 및 상하위 관계가 유지되지 않음 #14

현재는 게시판의 카테고리 목록을 가져와 일괄 추가하는게 아니라 게시물에서 들고 오는 것을 추가하는 방법으로 진행하다보니 이 관계 유지가 안 됨

게시판 데이터를 가져올 때 카테고리를 일괄로 가져와서 처리해야 할 듯
