is there mass-spec data in cptac? otherwise https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive?keyword=cancer has a lot and probably a good thing to combine with?

Thanks for your comment. The proteomics data in CPTAC is derived from mass spectrometry. Could you please clarify the direction you are suggesting?

i am thinking if we can use the rna-seq data to produce the specific proteome and then map the mass-spec data to that?
