Uploader: sanity checks

Uploading a protein quantities file + metadata labels that have inconsistent sample sizes causes a server error. The problem is not communicated to the user, so they don't know how to fix it.

Solution: Add checks to uploader tool (size, index values) before the data is sent to the server. In case of error, have server return an informative error.
